Yellowstone

« Seeing the harshness in which these animals live can only command respect and admiration. »

Snow is falling thick and fast in the heart of winter in Yellowstone National Park. Bison, otters, wolves and many other species survive the winter.

Photographer Michel d’Oultremont travels the remote, icy valleys of this mythical place. Temperatures approach -40°C. Everything froze instantly… breathing was painful, the body turned to stone, but we had to keep going. Move towards the wild encounters that occur along the white path.

For a month, Michel photographed the wildlife occupying this hostile environment. He gives us a hundred of his most beautiful images.
