Characteristics and availability of products offered for sale
The pages devoted to the products sold on the site present, as far as possible, the characteristics of the products offered.
Orders will be honored while stocks last.
Michel d'Oultremont cannot be held responsible for any product sold on its site being out of stock.
Prices and calculation of shipping costs:
The price invoiced is that indicated on the day the order is placed.
All orders, whatever their origin, will be invoiced and payable in euros.
Prices include VAT (all taxes) and shipping costs.
Shipping procedure and delivery times
Michel d'Oultremont, upon receipt of your order, will send you an automatic acknowledgement by e-mail indicating your order number.
Michel d'Oultremont confirms by e-mail the validity of your order, justifies the availability of the products ordered, informs you of the exact amount of your invoice and reminds you of the payment procedures.
You then agree to this amount.
Michel d'Oultremont receives your payment.
Michel d'Oultremont will send you a dispatch notice informing you of the date of dispatch of your order.
Michel d'Oultremont does its best to ensure that the products ordered arrive within a reasonable time (less than thirty days).
Right and period of renunciation
The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 7 working days from the day following the delivery of the product.
You have 7 working days to return the products to us, at your expense, in their original condition and packaging (unopened and unsealed, if applicable).
If you exercise your right of return, you will have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid, or an exchange of the product (which will then be reshipped at your expense).
Duties
All products sold by Michel d'Oultremont comply with current Belgian legislation.
Michel d'Oultremont cannot be held responsible if the products do not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
Michel d'Oultremont shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract due to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.).
Personal data
Michel d'Oultremont treats all information submitted to it as strictly confidential.
We are careful to protect the information we receive.
We undertake not to communicate any information concerning you to anyone whatsoever, with the exception of information required to process your order.
You have the right to access and rectify your personal data. You may, at any time, request that any inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information be corrected, completed or deleted.
Cancellation policy for courses
Cancellation by the trainee :
If you decide to cancel your participation in the course, please inform me in writing as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation on your part, the following conditions will apply to the payment of the €700 course:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the course start date: 200 euros will be deducted from the refund. (refund: €500)
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the course start date: 300 euros will be deducted from the refund. (refund: €400)
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the course start date: 350 euros will be deducted from the refund. (refund: €350)
Cancellation by the organizer :
In the unlikely event that I am forced to cancel the course, you will receive a full refund of the course fee (700 euros) you have paid. I will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible in the event of cancellation on my part.
Refunds :
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the deposit. Processing times may vary according to the policies of your banking institution.
Please note that these cancellation conditions apply to the 700 euros of your course. If additional costs have been incurred for specific services related to the course, they will not be subject to refund.
